Brian Lynch
With nearly 30 years of experience in Capital Markets, his career includes roles as Head of Capital Markets EMEA at BNY Mellon, Head of Flow Rates EMEA at Nomura, and Global Head of Sterling Delta Trading at RBS.

​For the last 8 years he’s been a Non-Executive Director at Invest and Fund the FCA-regulated peer-to-peer property lender. Recently Brian also had the role of CFO of the renewable energy scale-up Solivus.
Over 20 years specialising in interacting with the buy-side. During his career he has been CEO, CFO and COO of a range of multi-disciplinary consultancies before becoming Director of Corporate Affairs at Saga plc.
Prior to ConneXXion Markets, he was CFO of a similar business within one of the world's largest interdealer brokers.

Over 30 years in the Securities Finance Industry. Most recently as the Global Trading Head and EMEA Product Head for Citibank NA’s Agency Securities Lending business. During his career he has worked with many of the worlds largest asset owners to define, implement and manage successful and profitable securities lending and cash re-investment programs.
Previously, with Aviva Investors for over a decade as CIO of the Global Fixed Income team at Aviva Investors, covering GBP280b AUM across 6 locations and managing global budgets, including distribution. Notably launched and co-managed the AIMS Target Return Fund and AIMD Fixed Income proposition. Most recently, acting for clients on a variety of corporate structure, governance and capital raising matters.

Over 30 years experience throughout the securities industry working with global investors in the United States, United Kingdom and Russia. During his career he has developed cash and financing strategies for ERISA based asset managers as well as for state bodies, commercial banks, mutual and hedge funds. Beginning with Kidder Peabody, he has worked at banks including Lehman Brothers, Barclays Capital, Renaissance Capital and most recently, Nomura Intl.
